Some walls will need to be kicked to break open, marked by visible cracks in the wall. They shouldn't be hard to see, and you will need to enter some as part of the main story. Throughout the game, hidden sections will be marked by jagged edges in the walls. It is important to note that you have to interact with these flowers with the water hat equipped (as opposed to simply interacting to perform the generic hat function). With the water hat equipped you can water certain flowers to raise them into a larger plant to use as a platform. Halfway through the game, you'll be given the water hat. It will also be required in later levels to reach co-op trophies. However, if you push in either direction with the analogue stick, you can usually swing all the way around to land on the platform directly above the swing anchor. When swinging from swing anchors, you will mostly only need to be moving left or right. You can use this short hop to clear some obstacles, but be aware of when you will need a full jump to make the distance. When you release from your roll, Piku will perform a hop. Generally speaking, you are going to move a lot faster by rolling. There are some additional tricks that will help you complete this faster, or with less frustration. A second player will make certain parts easier though.Īpart from that, all the remaining achievements requiring the completion of tasks during adventure mode can all be unlocked after completing the game, and will not require you to start a second playthrough. Co-op is fairly easy, so if you have to, you should be able to do them without a second player. You will need a second controller to complete these achievements as there is no online option. There are three achievements that need to be completed in the co-op levels. Co-op trophies will also reset on starting a new game. ![]() If you need another playthrough for any other achievement, make sure you unlock ' Right under your feet' and ' Collector', first. Make sure you collect the two trophies and the dancing bug inside the Sunshine Headquarters. If you start a new game, all of your collectable progress will reset. This walkthrough will tell you where to find them, but if you miss them, you will not be allowed to return to collect them. ' Right under your feet' and ' Collector' require you to collect collectables, three of which are hidden in the Sunshine Headquarters.Regardless, just make sure you are prepared for this achievement and you probably won't miss it. This happens about halfway through the game, but it doesn't take long to get back to on a second playthrough. ' Dancing machine' requires you to score 100% in the dance-off.If you miss this achievement, just unlock all the other achievements before doing that in a second playthrough. 'Suprematism' requires you to submit a blank canvas to the artist, which is pretty early in the game.There are four achievements that are missable through the main story two require you to complete an additional objective during a sequence that you may not return to, and two require you to find collectables that are hidden in an area of the game that may not be returned to. You can move left from the item inventory to access the hat inventory. This is completely redundant, as you can simply interact with to use any item. Hold to open the item inventory, and release to use the currently selected item. You can move right from the hat inventory to access your item inventory. Tap to remove the currently equipped hat. Hold to open the hat inventory, and release to equip the currently selected hat. If you are driving, this will honk the horn. If you are not standing in front of a context sensitive interaction, you will perform the action associated with your current hat. ![]() Provides context sensitive interaction, such as using a required item from your inventory or swinging from a swing anchor. Hold to roll, and release to perform a short hop.
